    • Manage and oversee the engineering team 
    • Responsible for hiring, mentoring and development of our team of engineers to grow a high-performance engineering organization
    • Collaborate with product & technology teams to deliver major initiatives that drive our customer growth
    • Architect and build the ShopBack's Web platform.
    • Code with the ability to scale with large data set

    • Design, develop, implement, and maintain new and existing web-based applications 
    • Coordinate with engineering to define and prioritize engineering projects.

    • Manage multiple concurrent programs for iOS/Android App delivery and App rate in the market
    • Improve App user satisfaction by having an ownership for the related programs. 
    • Provide project leadership, mitigate project risks, make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints 
    • Design, develop, implement, and maintain new and existing web-based applications

    • Management delivery quality. Includes make the test plan, build automatic tests, do manual tests
    • Support engineer to deliver the high-quality product
    • Help to maintain the high quality of the production site
    • Architect and build the ShopBack's search and discovery platform.
    • Code with the ability to scale with large data for search
    • Drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and flexibility of the platform and services
    • Strong ownership and understanding of metrics to track and monitor for business/product progress.
    • Design and build metrics dashboard  to track business/product progress.
    • Discover product gaps and insights by looking at user journeys, user profiles and trends
    • Drive the overall product vision, strategy, and requirements that will fuel user growth and product evolutions

    • Work closely with product managers, engineers, QA, UX designers and other partner stakeholders to create amazing products

    • Define product strategies and manage product roadmap, setting of and continuously managing the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders

  • Commercial

    • Plan and implement activities/campaigns to increase website traffic, new customers and enhance conversion.
    • Analyzes current business practices and needs to identify efficiencies, alternatives, and gaps.
    • Applies research methodologies and statistical analysis to solve problems.
    • Evaluate, negotiate, and acquire key merchant partners that would support the company’s business plan and goals. Establish a long-term positive relationship with merchant partners.
    • Research and explore new business and market opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to decide go-to-market strategy and execution plans to reach company goals. 
    • Assist Campaign Manager in planning and executing ShopBack TW marketing campaigns
    • Execute the promotion of the event of the partners on our website, drive the number of visitors and traffic, and increase the conversion rate (cooperative merchants: e-commerce platform and brand e-commerce on ShopBack TW)
    • Plan resource allocations for various activities of the partner business, and promote the project to achieve the company's performance goals.
    • Work with e-commerce platforms to build long-term relationships by understanding their goals and develop effective marketing and promotional activities.
    • Secure higher commissions, marketing budget and exclusive offers to achieve company revenue targets.
    • Collect data, analyze performance, and organize quarterly and annual reports.
    • Producing a high level of design materials such as banners, email newsletters and social media graphics for all major campaigns
    • Work closely with commercial teams
    • Execute on creative briefs submitted from various departments
    • Reply actively, and solve customers’ problems efficiently
    • Make sure customer service well functions and improve customer satisfied score
    • Collect customers’ feedback and provide the improvement plan
    • Establish strong rapport with our new and current partners
    • Facilitate cross-departmental communications to achieve business objective
    • Assist/support in the development of a cross-border alliance program, conduct business negotiations and maintain partnerships, and track progress execution
    • Conduct daily finance/ accounting operations
    • Handle vendor invoices and process payment application
    • Responsible for GUI issuing
    • Assist in monthly closing and VAT filing
    • Manage the office, petty cash and company properties.
