    • Specifically focus on three sub-products - our content management system, our data analytics suite and our merchant inventory application
    • The ideal candidate needs to be technically strong and possess a relentless drive for operational excellence in the company. A bonus if the candidate has successfully shipped well-designed scalable B2B products.

    • Design, develop and implement new features on the iOS platform.

  • Commercial

    • Work with local marketing/business verticals to conceptualize & design local marketing campaigns and manage the implementation.
    • Engage with cross-functional teams including Local and Regional Team to develop relevant lifecycle marketing strategies to acquire and engage local users
    • Work closely with the Lifecycle Management and CRM Analytics team on measurement frameworks, test design, planning, and analysis.
    • Drive optimization of lifecycle marketing strategies through analysis and experimentation.
    • Plan, manage and execute long-term strategies for driving revenue stream with brands and agencies by selling the Marketing Solution from ShopBack
    • Consult global brands and their media agencies on media planning, budget allocation and optimisation of each marketing channels. Use data/reports to make presentations and recommendations to clients.
    • Forge relationships with key decision-makers within the brands and advocate ShopBack’s solution offerings
    • Understanding on how to input rate card, key performance indexes, and any other sales-related functions
    • Create and execute social branding content on our channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok channels, and more.
    • Produce and execute all content formats (i.e. photos, videos, vlogs, articles) that’s relevant for each channel.
    • Identify, collaborate and build relationships with social influencers to drive advocacy and engagement of ShopBack.
    • Scale-up influencer engagement program (create and engage an army of influencers who work closely, and are associated with ShopBack).
    • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
    • Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits.
    • Research partners, identify key players and generate interest.
    • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries by e-mail/chat/calls
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders (CS Regional, Tech, Ops, and Marketing... ) to resolve customers' problems/complaints
  • People and Organization

    • Partner with Managerial Level stakeholder to deliver the right outcomes on people-related decisions.
    • Analyze a broad range of HR data to identify valid insights, and convert these insights into recommendations the business can use to make decisions
    • Plan and execute on HR initiatives and events to drive engagement and culture building.
    • Support regional HR in administering training and development to local teams.
