  • Full Time Roles



    • Run test orders to ensure proper tracking of commission and cashback
    • ​Constantly seeking to improve and streamline operational processes.
    • Build script and work with product to reduce manual work on the operations described above.
    • Support Operations & Merchants Development teams in cases of coupons-related rejection.
    • Monitoring issues and conducting daily quality control tasks
    • Provides tier-2 support for internal and external service applications with accuracy and promptness to meet SLAs. 
    • Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution​
    • Work as part of the Creative team producing high-quality artwork across multiple touch points, including digital, mobile/app and print.
    • Develop design concepts and have the ability to work an idea across multiple campaign touch points, bringing the work to life.
    • Adapt existing layouts to different formats.
    • Work on multiple projects of varying complexities, meet your deadlines and support your team members to meet theirs.
    • Lead efforts to conceptualize, develop and execute online marketing campaigns 
    • Managing onsite content and merchant pages, as well as ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly 
    • Conducting extensive market research in order to identify new opportunities to experiment and best practices to implement 
    • Plan, manage and execute long-term strategies for driving digital ad sales with brands and agencies
    • Consult global brands and their media agencies on media planning, budget allocation and optimization of each marketing channels. Use data/reports to make presentations and recommendations to clients.
    • Forge relationships with key decision-makers within the brands and advocate ShopBack’s advertising offerings
    • To be part of a team in driving our business development efforts in a strategic category
    • Evaluate, negotiate, and acquire key merchant partners that would support the company’s business plan and goals. 
    • Conduct market and potential clients’ research for our target category and establish a long-term positive relationship with merchant partners.
    • Conceptualizing, writing and editing lifestyle articles across various categories including but not limited to travel, food, shopping tips, and electronics for the PH market
    • Collaboration with other teams (Marketing, Campaigns, Graphic Design) to support ongoing campaigns with blog content
    • Performing keyword research and competitive site analysis
  • Internships

    • Help out with marketing offline events and campaigns 
    • Coordinating with external marketing/ advertising agencies to ensure the ShopBack campaigns are executed well 
    • Handling & coordinating with Influencers & KOLs on Youtube, IG, Facebook, Radio & ATLs
