    • Working closely with other stakeholders to develop effective strategies for driving customer acquisition
    • Conducting market research to drive organic growth

    • Identify and plan new partnership opportunities (mainly offline/onsite events partnership and online merchants), including preparation of proposals, presentations and materials as required

    • Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
    • Discover new clients with big brands, such as FMCGs, logistics and other segments
    • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
    • Supervise account managers to ensure sales increase based on advertisements
    • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
    • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth 
    • Leading and mentoring the Technical Support Team and scheduled staff reviews
    • Establishing policies and process in the team to ensure quality of services
    • Provides 1st level support for internal and external service applications with accuracy and promptness to meet SLAs
