    • Acquire new partners and maintain relationships with existing partners.
    • Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.
    • Forecast, measure, monitor, and analyze partnership campaigns’ results. 
    • Be a founding member of this new business unit, driving our business development efforts for ShopBack Offline Cashback
    • Execute our plan  to acquire merchant partners
    • Set merchant partners up for success with ShopBack Offline Cashback through thorough understanding of our merchant's needs and expectations
    • End-to-end planning, development and implementation of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
    • Collaborating with the internal and external stakeholders in the development and execution of tier one Restaurant/Store specific campaigns   
    • The development of new customer acquisition initiatives to encourage first time trial of our new offline product.
    • Manage the campaign team, including a marketing coordinator, marketing associate and marketing executive in the development and delivery of all campaigns related to Online Cashback, including our ShopBack Superstore.
    • Coordinate campaigns across channels and products to maximise efficacy and ensure KPIs are met.
    • Create appropriate campaign briefs that can be shared internally across multiple departments.
    • Onboard and educate new merchants on the ShopBack platform once closed by the Business development team 
    • Be part of the end-to-end set-up and work with various internal and external parties to ensure that all functional processes are set in place before the merchant is live.
    • Analyse data to ensure accuracy in order and transaction information.
