The year 2018 saw explosive growth of 260% in online travel bookings. While 60% of travel transactions were made on desktop, mobile app bookings growth rate outperformed desktop bookings growth by at least 1.5 times. We identified three groups of travelleres with different behaviours and how to market to them.
